Membership categories
Builder Membership is intended for residential builders and home-building businesses. Associate Membership is intended for suppliers, subcontractors, service providers, and related businesses.
Annual dues
Proposed annual dues are $650 for Builder Membership and $650 for Associate Membership. These amounts are not verified against the current approved application and are subject to change.
Application review
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance or activate membership. Eligibility, approval, and membership effective dates must follow the association’s approved procedures.
Membership period and renewal
The exact membership term, renewal process, and any automatic renewal arrangements have not been confirmed. No automatic billing is currently enabled.
